Cashback terms and exclusions

What will stop me getting my cashback
  • Offer valid between 12:01am, 13 December 2024 (AEDT) and 11:59pm, 31 July 2025 (AEST) (“Promotional Period”), unless withdrawn or suspended. TopCashback may temporarily suspend this offer for the duration of the promotional period of another TopCashback x Disney offer that provides the TopCashback member with a higher cash back benefit. Valid for new or eligible returning Disney+ subscribers with no current active subscription who are Australian residents and 18 years of age or older. If you are an eligible subscriber, you will receive from TopCashback $16 (AUD) if you purchased a premium annual subscription or $13 (AUD) if you purchased a standard annual subscription. If you are an eligible subscriber, you will receive $2 (AUD) if you purchased a premium monthly subscription or $1.50 (AUD) if you purchased a standard monthly subscription. TopCashback will credit your TopCashback account within 75 business days of the activation of your Disney+ subscription. Cashback on each offer may only be earned once per eligible TopCashback member and/or eligible subscriber, and you acknowledge and agree that any attempts to redeem this offer more than once, will be ineligible and the offer will not be applied to any subsequent attempts. Offer valid on first year of an annual subscription only and will be ineligible upon subsequent renewals of your Disney+ subscription, or on cancelled, amended, or refunded transactions. Payment for a new Disney+ subscription must be made on or before the Promotional Period expiration date to be eligible for the TopCashback promotion. In-app purchases via Google and Apple purchases are ineligible for these cashback offers. To subscribe to Disney+ and create a new Disney+ account, you must provide valid payment details (credit card or PayPal account) to facilitate the renewal payment after the initial annual Disney+ subscription expires. Acceptance of the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, Disney+ Privacy Policy, and Disney+ Collection Statement is also required to subscribe to, access and use the Disney+ streaming service. If you sign up to a new annual Disney+ subscription under this Offer, after your first initial year, your Disney+ subscription will continue to be automatically renewed for ongoing annual periods from the next billing date at the then-current annual retail price (currently $179.99 AUD incl. GST/ year for Premium and $139.99 Inc. GST/year for Standard). If you sign up to a new monthly Disney+ subscription under this Offer, after your first month your monthly Disney+ subscription will continue to be automatically renewed for ongoing monthly periods from the next monthly billing date at the then-current monthly retail price (currently $17.99 AUD incl. GST/month for Premium and $13.99 AUD inc. GST/month for Standard). You can cancel any time, effective at the end of your billing period. When streaming in Australia on mobile devices or download via 3G/4G/5G, data charges may apply. A supported device connected to the internet in Australia is required to access Disney+. You are responsible for all access, data and other costs associated with internet and mobile usage in accessing and using the Disney+ streaming service. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, coupons, gift cards, discounts, or promotions.   • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of gift cards and/or use of gift cards for payment.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
What else is essential
  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
Good to know
  • Ensure you disable plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole & VPNs prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback as they will prevent your order from tracking.
  • If you cancel / return / exchange / modify your completed order, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.
